蒜香多宝鱼
材料:
多宝鱼一条,蒜苗30g,大蒜15g,姜5g,酱油10ml,醋20ml,清水200ml,花生油20ml,白酒5ml。
做法:
(1)多宝鱼去除内脏洗净。
(2)再鱼身上划上几刀。
(3)蒜苗切段,姜切片,蒜切片。
(4)热锅下油,放入多宝鱼。

(5)两面都煎一下。
(6)倒入白酒烹香。
(7)再倒入醋,酱油,姜,蒜炒香。
(8)加入清水大火烧开。
(9)盖盖转小火烧5分钟,中火2分钟。
(10)加入蒜苗。
(11)盖盖焖10秒钟,关火。
